I reached out to Eternal Rivals to inquire about custom button layout, to make a more ergonomic design. I love fighting games but was having a lot of wrist pain with the close hand placement. This made me worried about not being able to enjoy my passion for longer than 30 minutes. Eternal Rivals was great to work with. During the process, they sent me several ideas and templates to make a spread out layout. The process was stress-free.
They did an amazing job designing and I appreciated the effort they put forward.
The communication is outstanding. I had custom setups in the past and this last one was great. No detail is left out and always quick replies. Will always come here for setups.
Feels like a massive upgrade from the first one I bought. A lot more sturdier! Doesnt feel flimsy so button presses feel solid too!
