It arrived in a timely manner, and I am quite happy with the end result. It was a little tricky putting everything together, but that is more to do with my inexperience than anything else. It would have been nice if each bag of screws and nuts would have been labeled so it would have been a bit easier matching everything with the instructions, but that is a minor nitpick and I was able to figure things out in the end.
With the price of new model arcade sticks going up this generation, building your own custom stick has become a much more appealing option, and I think Eternal Rival is more than worth a consideration for anyone looking to build themselves something nice.
I had originally bought a high tier enclosure for a Japanese lever in 2020, and in 2023 I was able to secure replacement panels to convert my fightstick into a hitbox. Happy with both orders as my items were well packaged and reached me in the Caribbean in perfect condition. Three years later the enclosure still retains its high quality, and installation of the new panels was very simple. Had to slot the holes on my seimitsu joystick mounting plate to make it fit, but overall I’m very happy with the end result. Also had to dremel the hole for the brook cable plate and make an antenna hole. No big deal at all but something to note if you’re not good at customizing things. Went together fairly well and ended up custom painting the top of mine.
The product is great, it just came missing a piece but I contacted support and they answered me same day and shipped it out next day great service
