The product itself is well-made, and it's shipped properly with tape/padding, so it's brand new once you peel everything off. This time around, I got a custom print, and it fit perfectly. The template provided on the website for the artist can be confusing if you have no experience with Photoshop, but if you do, the instructions are clear and straightforward. I'm very happy with my purchase once again.
